If you're here you must want a bit more information about what a doula is and how having one will benefit you during your pregnancy, birth and once you've had your baby.

I'm an easy going, approachable and open minded person who is passionate about providing support and care for women at one of the most important stages of their lives. I offer a relaxed and non judgemental approach to childbirth and the postnatal period without pushing a certain approach or philiosophy. – my only job is to provide support allowing you to achieve the birth and postnatal period you envision.

 

I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with guidance and understanding. I can provide the emotional and practical support you need not only during labour, but throughout your pregnancy and postnatally. I have experience in spontaneous and induced labours as well as births within midwife led birth centres, delivery suites and attending caesarean births.

If you choose to have me on your team i'll offer you practical and emotional support and ensure you feel confident in making the choices that are right for you and will lead to a positive experience.
